Born 2 Ski are pleased to offer this quirky, rustic chalet with great food and location close to Samoens town

Chalet Giffre is very well located set in the centre of the historical town with a courtyard and private garden. Just 100 m from the church square, with its traditional French restaurants and bars. The creche and open air ice rink are 150m away

Take advantage of the private minibus service where the staff drop you off in the morning in under a minute and collect you late afternoon from 5 different lift stations, the public ski bus stops outside or a 400m flat walk.

Spacious chalet 300 m2 over 3 floors. 7 bedrooms (All bedrooms can be used as family rooms large double beds with singles or bunk beds each rooms can sleeps 4) sleeping a total of 27 with en-suite showers and WC.

There is a fully equipped ski hire shop for in house ski hire and servicing.   The chalet also offer in house private airport transfers fully licensed

NB - as a traditional, rustic converted farmhouse building there IS some sound transference from wooden floorboards and walls etc.  Older charming buildings do feature these quirks, but please be aware in case this is likely to be an issue for you

Accommodation:
The chalet has a floor area of 490 sq meter and will comfortably sleep 27 people in the 7 bedrooms (of which 6 bedrooms sleeps 3/5 in each room ). Ideal for a family room or children to share. The whole of the 3rd floor is a luxury large open plan living room area with original wooden beams, open fire and relaxing sofas.

Located 500m from the Express ski lift, and a 5 minute stroll into Samoens centre - Chalet Giffre can sleep up to 27 people (mixture of adults and children).

All 7 bedrooms have en-suite shower room and 5 rooms can be used as family, double or twin rooms as they all have a double bed and at least 1 single bed.

Start your day with a cooked breakfast. Come home to relax over high tea of homemade cakes and scones in front of the fire, and then enjoy a freshly prepared 4 course evening dinner served in our open dining room.

We use as much fresh local produce as we can, sourcing our meat and poultry from the family butcher in the nearby village of Taninges and fresh veg from the Samoens market. This is enhanced by the best our home in Southern Spain has to offer.

We make our food hearty, wholesome and tasty. Meals are served on our large farmhouse table in the 80m open living area on the top floor and during holday times, the chidrens menu is served before the adults dinner. We serve wines, beers or soft drinks with dinner and they are included in your package.

There's an honesty bar stocked with gin, brandy and whisky for pre and post dinner drinks. Guests are quite welcome to bring a bottle of their favourite duty free.

Staff day off is Tuesday.
